Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Upon registering I confirm that I have read through BMTS’ privacy policy, academic regulations, and the following terms of service:

• Registration for continuing education is considered finalized upon receipt of payment of participation fee;
• The participation fee will be refunded if the participant chooses to back out of the continuing education program (including open courses and micro-credentials) up to 24 hours before it begins;
• If the participant chooses to back out of the registration less than 24 hours before the program begins, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded or an agreement will be made regarding participation in a future continuing education program;
• If the participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify the Continuing Education Coordinator in writing;
• If the continuing education program is cancelled, the participation fee will be refunded in full or an agreement will be made regarding participation in a future continuing education program;
• If the participant has not notified the Continuing Education Coordinator of their wish to cancel their registration and they have not attended the continuing education program, the participation fee will not be refunded.
