Controversial Issues in the Church Today
This fall semester, we are opening up Allan Kroll’s course on controversial issues in the church today! The goal of which is to analyze various contemporary Christian heresies and doctrinal extremes and to develop theologically balanced positions on them.

Empowering Congregations for Missions
This fall semester, we are opening up Dr. Ago Lilleorg’s course on Empowering Congregations for Missions, which offers an overview of the biblical and theological foundations for congregational missions, so that we may understand the church as being a community participating in God’s mission and that we may be able to theologically and critically reflect on our church’s missional practices and use the experiences we’ve gained to further our church’s missional capabilities.

Foundations of Wesleyan Theology
From October 7th to 10th BMTS will be visited by Dr. Kenneth J. Collins, under whose guidance we will explore the history and theology of eighteenth-century British Methodism with special attention to the life and thought of John Wesley.

Evangelism
This fall semester, we are opening up Rando Kangro’s course on Evangelism, which will offer an overview of the evangelization process and the making of disciples in the 21st century. There will also be an opportunity to take to the streets to get some experience in evangelization.
